ofcourse i knew that i will pass.
but to hear what my co-workers, supervisors think about my perfomance turning this 4 months, its bit scary and uncomfortable. im not very good to handle critic though its better to know mistakes to improve perfomance than to make same mistakes over-and-over and keep thinking that everyone is pleased...
anyway. i got pleanty of good words about my work, my skills of inteviewing candidates, my communication skills, my capability to intagrate to team. according to my supervisor, i learn very quickly.
summary - they are pleased!
and i am pleased!

though. theres room for improvments also. i admit. i have to take time and be more precise with different kind of raports or important documents. jes, this has been my problem - i control, but not enough..

so. excpectations are high for the following period. no rest or easy breathing time. with all power strickly forward.

its bit scary. again.
will i manage? sure. i will. i have to. simply as that!
